What is Reiki?

 

Reiki is a gentle safe non-invasive technique for stress reduction, relaxation and the promotion of healing.  It is administered with gentle touch or can be done without touch if the person receiving prefers.  You lie or sit fully clothed in a comfortable position. After a session clients typically report feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed.
