What is Reiki?

 

Reiki is a gentle safe technique for relaxation, stress reduction and the promotion of healing.  It is given with gentle touch or can be done without touch if the person receiving prefers.  You lie or sit fully clothed in a comfortable position during a Reiki session.  Clients typically report feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed after receiving Reiki.
